1st Global Meeting of Associations of Tourist Offices

A significant event is set to take place in Athens from November 6-9, 2024, aiming to showcase Greece to tour operators and travel agents worldwide.

The event will be the inaugural Global Meeting of the World Travel Agents Associations Alliance (WTAAA) and the European Travel Agents’ and Tour Operators’ Associations (ECTAA).

The WTAAA focuses on issues impacting the global travel agency sector, collaborating with organizations worldwide to support member businesses, promote shared problem-solving strategies, and foster deeper connections within the travel and tourism industry.

ECTAA, headquartered in Brussels, is widely regarded by industry and policymakers as the key representation of Travel Agents and Tour Operators across Europe, serving as a trusted advisor on policies impacting the sector.

As a member of ECTAA, the Hellenic Association of Travel & Tourist Agencies (HATTA), in collaboration with the Federation of Hellenic Associations of Tourist & Travel Agencies (FedHATTA), will coordinate this landmark global event in Greece.
