2020: A year to remember for ERA Ltd

2020 is almost over and while facing the worst crisis of the century, Congress Venues and Professional Congress Organizers are still alive, even if F2F conferences hardly exist. And that is because we did manage to adapt.

Of course it has not been easy. From baby steps such as a webinar or a series of e-learning courses, we had to take a giant stride and plan from scratch a totally virtual congress. And while most of us were still under the shock of a modern pandemic, we had to work more efficiently than ever. This time, training not only involved our team members but also, our suppliers and our clients.

When we look back to 9 months ago, sometimes, we find it hard to believe ourselves, how much we have evolved and how many things we have accomplished in such a short period of time. For us in ERA Ltd, this means 30 hybrid or virtual meetings, 17 different associations, more than 8.000 participants, 300 sponsors and 600 scientific papers and lectures.

We are grateful for our team members, not only for their professionalism and consistency under conditions unprecedented for all of us, but also for their willingness to work hard, train even harder and adapt the way they work in a way that will help us meet this new, post-Covid era, even stronger than before. 

Keeping in mind that the most significant element is to stay Safe and Healthy, we are looking forward to the New Year and we have already begun the countdown to our first TOTALLY COVID-FREE F2F Meeting.
