AFEA at the 1st IAPCO EDGE Advanced Seminar 2019 in Prague

AFEA participated actively in the first IAPCO EDGE Advanced Seminar, entitled “Be Inspired at Edge”, that took place on 12-14 November 2019 in Prague. 

More than 40 representatives of PCOs, Convention Bureaus and Convention Centers, mainly from European countries, met in Prague Congress Centre for this 3-day upscale educational event. Nicola McGrane - CEO at Conference Partners International, Patrizia Buongiorno, Vice President at AIM Group International and Sherrif Karamat - Chief Executive Officer at PCMA presented, amongst others, the latest trends in the industry, such as the evolving business models, the success factors of a bidding proposal, how to manage your client, talent management and team performance and the importance of delegate engagement for the success of an event. 

Through interactive and engaging sessions, and social events, organized during the meeting, industry professionals had the opportunity to exchange knowledge with peers and maximise their learning potential in a “cosy” environment.
