May 2023 was all about education & networking for the AFEA team!

During May 2023, AFEA CEO and IAPCO BoD Member, Sissi Lygnou, participated at the recent IAPCO Council meetings and activities in Prague. 
Following the invitation by Prague Convention Bureau, Sissi had the opportunity to be part of a panel discussion with key stakeholders of the National Meetings Industry, in collaboration with the President of IAPCO and fellow IAPCO Council Members. 
It is always a pleasure to take part at such initiatives and a great honor to be part of the IAPCO family!
 
Additionally, our team participated at IMEX 2023 on May 23rd -25th , taking place at Messe Frankfurt, in the heart of Europe.
AFEA Travel & Congress Services was represented by Sissi Lygnou, as a Member of IAPCO Council, President of Hellenic Association of Professional Congress Organizers-HAPCO and AFEA CEO and Georgia Nikolakopoulou, AFEA
Deputy CEO. The team was also supported by Kleopatra Giatsou, Operations Manager PCO Services and Tonia Papamattheou, Manager Group Corporate Travel & Incentives, who represented our company with their vibrant presence as Hosted Buyers for IAPCO & Marriott International. 
The international exhibition of IMEX is always an excellent opportunity for our team to meet with peers and at the same time to grow our network and meet new business partners!
