AFEA: Promoting the Meetings Destination of Greece in the UK Market!
Sissy Lignou on Hellenic TV UK channel in a full-scale interview on the Greek meetings industry, the Covid-19 challenges and the future opportunities.
The new TV season 2021-2022 of the show “Hellenic Showroom” has started and the guest of the first show was Mrs. Sissy Lygnou, a Greek businesswoman, CEO of AFEA Travel and Congress Services, General Secretary of the Hellenic Association of Professional Conference Organizers (HAPCO) and a Board member of IAPCO (International Association of Professional Congress Organizers).
In her discussion with Hellenic TV Journalist Iphigenia Fren, Sissy Lygnou reflects on the honor to have been elected a Board Member of IAPCO, the importance of meetings and conferences for the development and restart of tourism in Greece and worldwide and the day after the Covid-19 pandemic.
The shooting took place in the enchanting space of the Vorres Museum and the show was broadcasted on Hellenic TV UK, the Greek Diaspora channel in London and around the world in locations where Greek people live.
