At Ble Pavillon, the Executive Chefs study the catering needs of your event and carefully plan the portioning, while the experienced team of Sales Executives of the venue suggests the appropriate proportion of dishes on the menu, always with the aim of avoiding wastage of raw materials and food. 

In addition, we take care of saving energy both in the operational processes of the venue and in the careful purchase of seasonal raw materials that allow the reduction of energy needs related to their packaging, transport and storage, while having fresh ingredients for the preparation of our dishes.
