ERA is Selected as Official Event Organizer for Key EU & Council of Europe Initiatives in Greece

We are honored to have been selected as the official event organiser for two significant projects in Greece, led by the Council of Europe and the European Union, in 2025!"
Both initiatives require complex event planning and coordination, but our professional team is fully prepared for the challenge, ensuring seamless execution of all activities. We will be organizing at least four events for each project throughout 2025, facilitating key discussions, workshops, and training sessions that will drive meaningful change.

1️⃣ Supporting the Reduction of Backlog in the First Instance Courts of Athens & Thessaloniki

This initiative is co-funded by the European Union via the Technical Support Instrument and implemented by the Council of Europe, in cooperation with the European Commission.

⚖️ Main Activities:
✅ Mapping the current situation in the courts
✅ Needs assessment & SWOT analysis for future improvements
✅ Recommendations & action plans for backlog reduction
✅ Introductory workshops for judges, clerks & staff
✅ Targeted workshops & trainings for implementation
✅ Awareness-raising event for legal professionals
✅ Final report with policy recommendations for a national backlog reduction strategy
 

2️⃣ ROMACT – Building Capacity for Roma Inclusion at Local Level (Greece)

This joint European Union (EU) and Council of Europe (CoE) Programme is focused on enhancing local democracy, accountability, and inclusiveness for Roma communities in Greece. The program aims to strengthen local authorities to develop and implement sustainable plans for Roma inclusion, with Roma citizens as the key beneficiaries.

🏡 Key Objectives:
✅ Strengthening the capacity of local authorities to design and implement inclusive policies & projects
✅ Supporting good governance mechanisms at national, regional, and local levels
✅ Ensuring integrated development efforts in education, employment, healthcare, social protection, housing, and urban development
Both projects require meticulous planning, stakeholder coordination, and high-level execution.
