With a dynamic mood, ERA continues to go through the year recording successes to its credit

May was a full-booked month for us as ERA took over the organization of various events. The month started with the organization of the 15th virtual Safety Gala Workshop which main objective is to improve the Safety Culture in business and the Society at large but also to highlight successful approaches and solutions and the organization of the 2nd Scientific Meeting Innovation@ΑSygros entitled "Problems, Dilemmas & Innovations in Dermatology-Venoreology" followed, organized by the Institute of Dermatology Research and Education and the First University Clinic of Venereology and Skin Diseases of the Andreas Syggros Hospital. The scientific program of the two-day event included important lectures and roundtables, in which invited, distinguished speakers presented the modern approaches, diagnostic and therapeutic, in all fields of Dermatology - Venereology, transferring international knowledge to the clinical and research level.

The month also continued in the insurance sector since ERA undertook on behalf of Allianz and Insurance Brokers the organization of their trips to Santorini and Lake Manzore respectively.

Our presence did not stop there as three successful events followed, in particular, the Conference "Alcohol and Psychiatry. Is Comorbidity a Challenge?' of the Alcohol Detoxification Unit of the Psychiatric Hospital of Attica at the B. & M. Theocharakis Foundation, the 25th Congress of Anesthesiology in Corfu with the aim of informing all of us regarding the latest data & practices in all modern areas of Anesthesiology and of course the 11th Annual Seminar "Diffuse Pulmonary Diseases". Hosted by the Medical and Surgical Society of Corfu which was dedicated to Diffuse Interstitial Pulmonary Diseases, sarcoidosis, autoimmune rheumatic diseases, lung disease in the transition of child ILD, the lack of A1AT as well as other topics depending on the dictates of the current situation. 

The month ended with our active participation again in the medical field with the organization of the 14th consecutive Panhellenic Conference on Transfusion Therapy with the aim of informing all of us about the latest data and practices in blood transfusion, training us in modern techniques and the exchange of scientific opinions, the 15th Panhellenic Conference on Laparoendoscopic Surgery and the 13th Panhellenic Conference on Obesity Surgery, about informing and training young surgeons in the scientific developments of Modern Endoscopic Surgery and New Technologies and the 8th Congress on Child and Adolescent Endocrinology to inform the medical community about recent developments in the field of Pediatric and Adolescent Endocrinology, as well as the exchange of opinions on theoretical and practical issues that are problematic in the daily practice of the profession. 

June continues with another success story, in particular, the 22nd Panhellenic Congress of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery which took place on June 15-17, 2023 in Kos, at the International Conference Center KICC – KIPRIOTIS. The scientific program was designed with contemporary topics in mind, including interesting lectures, round tables, satellite symposiums, debates and presentations of special cases, as well as free & e-posters announcements, thus covering the newest developments in the specialty of Vascular Surgery, by internationally renowned scientists, from and outside Greece, at the same time giving the lead to the new generation. 

As it seems, based on programming, the month will continue to chart an upward trajectory and the summer is expected to be particularly energetic as ERA will take on a number of events while remaining at the forefront!
