ERA: Meeting the upgraded needs with top-level services

As expected, the beginning of 2023 has been rather busy and the stakes keep getting higher each month! We have been coping successfully by delivering top-level services to meet the ever-upgraded needs of our clients. Here is a brief overview of our recent and future activities. 

The highlight of our recent activity was the 37th International Congress of the Hellenic Society of Intraocular Implant and Refractive Surgery, that took place in Athens, March 2-4. This was the 4th time that we undertook the implementation of this event and the numbers were really unprecedented! More than 1200 participants, a record 35 corporate sponsors, 180 speakers, chairs and Trainers, 17 Wetlabs, 3 parallel meeting rooms, 83 papers plus 8 invited renowned speakers of international caliber and prestige. 

The best though lie ahead of us! We participate as a supplier in Travel Trade Athens, the signature event that connects some of the world’s biggest travel trade and MICE players with the leading suppliers in the Greek tourism and meetings industry (April 23-25). Later on (May 31 – June 2), we will be the Destination Management Company (DMC) for the 14th Symposium of Porcine Health Management (ESPHM) that will be held in Thessaloniki and has already hit a record of over 1000 participants & 550+ rooms booked! In June (18-21), back in Athens, we will hold the 33rd European Symposium on Computer-Aided Process Engineering (ESCAPE-33) that will present a record 600+ papers. 

Another aspect of our business with elevated demand has to do with incentive trips. For April & May we are organizing 2 incentives for ALIANZ (Madeira & Santorini) and 1 for TETRUST (Maggiore lake, Italy).
