Every Sunday, the GB Roof Garden presents a magnificent spread of culinary delights. The highlight is the traditional slow-roasted lamb infused with aromatic herbs, complemented by creamy yogurt with tsalafouti cheese and marjoram. A selection of exquisite dishes showcases Greece’s rich culinary heritage, creating an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
The menu, curated by Executive Chef Asterios Koustoudis and Chef de Cuisine Nikos Liokas, features dishes that elevate the experience: crispy fried lamb sweetbreads with spicy seasonings, handmade charcoal-grilled pita, juicy ‘seftalies’ made from shoulder cut with mint sauce and crispy oven-baked potatoes with rosemary salt.

Each dish is a tribute to the traditional flavors of Greek cuisine, while the unique ambiance of GB Roof Garden, the breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the warm exceptional service turn every Sunday lunch into a celebration.
