Hilton's Galaxy Bar & Restaurant is back!

The most impressive Athenian rooftop bar, Galaxy Bar & Restaurant, is open again. With spectacular views, a wide variety of signature cocktails and some tempting dining options, including a sushi bar, this stylish meeting place brings to Athens a spark of cosmopolitan flavor.

Galaxy experience begins at 18:00 with coffee on the terrace with Acropolis view. Continue with a delicious signature cocktail such as Royal Nebula with champagne, vodka and raspberry, while staring at one of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen! Enjoy cocktails made from aged spirits, such as Galileo’s Telescope with a handmade blend of gin, Campari, Aperol and a vermouth aged in barrel and flavored with homemade bitters. Molecular mixology, sous vide techniques and fermentations are also featured in the Galaxy menu with cocktails such as Newton's Lab with vacuum distilled gin with green apple and grapefruit peels or Dark Celery Margarita with celery flavored tequila, fresh lime juice and agave syrup . The list also includes cocktails based on Greek products, such as Distant Tears with mastic liqueur, Aperol, vermouth and chocolate bitters. Others feature exotic ingredients, such as Curiosity with rum, coconut and passion fruit, but also non-alcoholic cocktails such as Milkomeda with coconut water, passion fruit puree and lemon foam.

Dinner is now served at the bar area, making the restaurant experience extra fun. Hilton Athens Executive Chef Costas Athanassiou and Galaxy Chef George Kaperdas present a well-crafted menu, with interesting options such as sweet chili octopus with coconut, mango and tamarind cream; melon and Greek prosciutto salad; beef burger with duck confi and mimolette cheese and scorpion fish fillet with barley, Greek saffron and rosemary. Choose a light, sugar-free dessert, such as yuzu cream with white chocolate crumble and basil sorbet.
