At Horizon, passion makes perfect once again!

Over the past three months, Horizon has organized a series of successful events and creative programs full of energy and inspiration! With more than 8,000 guests, we traveled to the most incredible destinations in Greece, bringing creativity and innovation to each event, ensuring its uniqueness, and always reflecting the needs of our clients. Horizon team is working tirelessly to make the impossible possible and is already gearing up for what's next.

Here is a glimpse of our latest projects:  

1.     Farewell dinner at Zappeio, Athens, part of an 8-day incentive trip of a Marketing Company 
An incentive trip for 1,000 guests to Athens and Santorini Island that had everything! 8 awesome days full of exploration and fun in unique locations and idyllic scenery. Museums, exceptional dining experiences, city tours, wine tastings, and as closure, an incredible farewell dinner at the exclusive Zappeion venue, in the city center of Athens. Starting with a welcome with speeches and entertainment in the outer part of the venue, our guests moved inside to enjoy a well-curated menu accompanied by a female quartet and fantastic performers in one of the most historical buildings of cultural heritage.

2.     An exciting event for 300 guests at Danila Village during their incentive trip to Corfu
As we would like to introduce a new destination to our clients, we proposed Corfu Island with activities   and venues as well as entertainment options strongly linked to the local culture and never done before.
The carefully planned program included the privatization of the enchanting Danilia village, where they fully experienced the true essence of Greek culture and the local traditions. 
Guests had the opportunity to taste the finest Greek products through wine and olive oil tastings, indulging in the traditional spirits of Corfu and the delicious delicacies that Greece is known for.
Setting up the décor to be connected to the traditional village of Corfu and having an entertainment team of 60 performers, we created an atmosphere that celebrated the beauty of the past while embracing the excitement of the present.

3.     Hydra – Team building activity ‘Amazing Race Experience’ & Mamma Mia theme
Following an incredible incentive program in Athens, with jeep tour experiences, tastings and more, our guests spent one day enjoying an amazing tour to Hydra Island, 2 hours away from Athens. The day included a team-building challenge, lunch at a local tavern accompanied by music and traditional dances, and the unique Mamma Mia boat experience. 
The participants had a blast during the ‘Amazing Race Tablet Experience’ - starting from the pier of Hydra Island, they divided into teams, completed challenges, and explored the island’s hidden gems, feeling energetic and motivated. 
After finishing the game, an exceptional setting full of entertainment, tradition and local delicacies awaited them while their tour ended with a surprise! Returning to the boat, they had the chance to live the famous Mamma Mia experience, with the boat having been transformed and decorated accordingly, while live music and dancing from the famous musical were performed. 

4.     Live event at Athens Riviera for an American Internet Services Company
One of the evenings of an incentive trip with 350 guests, in a unique seaside venue of Athens Riviera. Guests enjoyed a gourmet dinner experience in a contemporary setting, followed by a groovy live event experience that perfectly captured the magical essence of the evening. Music, dancing, imaginative cocktails, and a firework finale made it a dreamy event that won the heart of the attendees!
