Our Participation in the Annual Conference is a prime opportunity for networking with 100+ leading Professional Congress Organizers (PCOs) and key buyers in the industry. With four Greek PCO offices as IAPCO members, all of which are also part of This is Athens CVB, Greece is making a strong impact on the global conference scene.

As a result, Athens will host IAPCO 2026—backed by Greece’s PCO offices and This is Athens CVB, securing this prestigious conference. The theme, “The Odyssey Re-Invented,” reflects Odysseus’ resilience, aligning with the city's timeless legacy and forward vision. All this will take place under the presidency of Sissy Lignou of AFEA—the first Greek professional to lead IAPCO, marking a significant milestone for the country.
