This is Athens-Convention & Visitors Bureau at the 53rd Annual Meeting and General Assembly of IAPCO

This is Athens-Convention & Visitors Bureau participated in the 53rd Annual Meeting and General Assembly of the International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO), that took place in Jerusalem, Israel, between 6-9 February. 

This year’s event was held under the theme “Inspiring Technology – Creating an Impact”. As one of IAPCO’s eight Destination Partners, the City of Athens presented the Greek capital’s tourism strategy to the members of the General Assembly. In addition, Athens had the opportunity to meet and discuss with some of the world’s top Professional Congress Organisers (PCO’s). 

IAPCO is an international accreditation member-driven association for professional congress organisers, representing 138 companies in 40 countries. Its annual meeting also included educational sessions that provided participants with new experiences and networking opportunities.
