Skipper’s on the Road

For old times’ sake, we couldn’t leave frappé off the list—and there’s no better place to sip this Greek classic than Skipper’s on the Road. This café-bar is the new chapter of the legendary Skipper’s, which served frappés and community vibes for over 35 years at Alimos Marina. Now relocated to Palio Faliro, it’s still the same unfussy, unpretentious hangout that regulars fell in love with back in 1987.

At Skipper’s, you can enjoy your coffee like it’s the ’90s all over again—watching the world go by, slowly swirling your straw to keep the froth creamy, and taking your sweet time. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to your frappé if you’re feeling nostalgic, or just soak up the retro vibes and timeless charm of this southern suburb staple.
