Carolina was born and raised in Athens in a multi-cultural family with a long culinary tradition. She’s spent a long time in the UK, where she studied (BA in Media and Cultural Studies, Sussex University and an MA on Arts Administration and Curating, Goldsmiths College). In 2005, she decided to quit her museum career to follow her true passion: cooking. Since then, she has been working as a chef, food writer and researcher, culinary producer, food stylist and journalist (on food, of course!). She is simply and utterly in love with Athens and her favourite thing is to stroll around neighbourhoods in order to discover their culinary secrets
