7th ECOSEP 2021

The ECOSEP is the “European College of Sports and Exercise Physicians”, a nonprofit Scientific Medical Society dedicated to Sports Medicine, including  Sports Physicians and all medical professionals of sports.

The main mission of the College is to advance the competency of sports physicians and the best possible care for their athletes in an international level by providing continuous education and publishing research, collaborate with other sports medicine organizations and promote athletes and public health through exercise in terms of prevention and treatment.

ECOSEP promotes the highest standards for sports medicine profession, brings together the practitioners of Sport and Exercise Medicine both in Europe and internationally to exchange views, knowledge, experiences, research, education, evidence and ideas from daily Sports and Exercise clinical practice.

The ECOSEP Congress is held every two years, is one of the world recognized events in the Sports Medicine calendar and brings together some of the leading sports organizations as contributors. The recent Congresses were held in Barcelona in 2015, Dubai in 2017 and Paris in 2019. The 7th forthcoming Congress in 2021 in Athens, will be promoted to an international community of more than 10,000 members across Europe and the world.
