The Athens City Festival by the City of Athens is an annual month-long celebration taking place in the Greek capital every May.
The second edition of the Festival took place in May 2023, having hosted a total of 265 events in 104 locations across the city that attracted over 175,000 Athenians and visitors.
The festival is organized by the Develop Athens and features events focusing on culture, entertainment, gastronomy and sports including concerts and parties at parks and squares, thematic routes for walking and cycling, picnics, guided tours to museum and gallery collections, outdoor activities, events for children and more.
