If you want to explore one of downtown Athens' most historic buildings in an enchanting ambiance, don’t miss this series of concerts where the intimate atmosphere is as important as the musical performance. Athens joins the 100 cities already offering the experience of Candlelight Concerts. Set in the Old Parliament House, which is transformed into a concert venue for the occasion, the three candlelit performances this autumn—starting with Vivaldi's Four Seasons (12/10-21/12) and followed by tributes to Queen (05/10-08/11) and Coldplay (19/10-07/12)—invite you to listen to live music like never before in the heart of our city. You won’t even have to bring your lighters along to set the mood (yes, that’s what we used to do before mobile phone screens.)
