Dali: Cybernetics Immersive Experience
Explore a whole new side to Salvador Dali in the immersive exhibition Dali: Cybernetics where technology and art intersect. Known not only for his surrealist masterpieces but also for his forward-thinking ideas, the artist believed computers were the future of creativity. He imagined a world where machines could think for themselves and even create art. Spot on, Salvador!
In this show, Dali’s obsession with cybernetics, quantum physics, and biology takes centre stage. His iconic works are reinterpreted through cutting-edge technology—massive 500-square-metre screens, virtual reality and interactive digital installations—reveal his fascination with the fourth dimension, sacred geometry, and parallel universes.
Among the highlights is the virtual reality experience, where you’ll board Dali’s “dream ship” and navigate through his surreal artistic landscapes. On the interactive floor, you can see Dali’s iconic symbols come to life, escaping your touch in a playful, digital twist.
Feeling intrigued yet? Try your hand at digital painting on the "Galatea of the Spheres" and display your masterpiece in real-time. There’s also a special screening of Jack Bond’s 1965 documentary, offering an intimate look into Dali’s life in New York.
Before you leave, snap a photo on the famous “Dalilips” sofa, and explore Dali’s personal library, filled with books on science that shaped his vision. This fusion of art, science, and technology will leave you seeing the world—and Dali’s work—through a new lens.
