From classical to nowhere: Idiophone and Etherophone Arias
Ever wondered what it takes to play the theremin or the musical saw? This February you have a chance to try out your skills. World famous theremin virtuoso Pamelia Stickney and musical saw soloist Nikos Giousef will perform well known classical and contemporary compositions with the eerie and otherworldly twist of their chosen instruments. Before the concert, a short free seminar will take place for the public to get to know that makes these gadgets tick and measure their skills against the duo.
