Greece Race for the Cure 2024

Get ready to be part of something special. Join the Greek leg of Race for the Cure 2024 and support the fight against breast cancer. This year, the iconic Zappeion will once again host this inspiring event on Sunday, September 29 marking the 16th year of Greece Race for the Cure. Participants can choose to run or walk through the heart of Athens or join remotely from anywhere in the world, demonstrating that we are "Stronger Together against Breast Cancer."

Organized by the Hellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer "Alma Zois" in collaboration with OPANDA and approved by Think Pink Europe, this event is the second largest Race for the Cure globally, raising crucial awareness and funds for breast cancer support.

Routes:

  • 5K Run: Starts at 9:30 a.m. at Zappeion. Registration: €10. Closes 19/09 or at 10,000 runners.
  • 2K Walk: Starts at 10:30 a.m. at Zappeion. Registration: €8. Closes 22/09 or at 35,000 participants.
  • Digital Participation: Join remotely and make your mark via social media. Registration: €8, closes 17/09.
