"Miracle on 34th Street" at the Hellenic American Union
- “Are you the lady who knows Santa Claus?”
- I always answer, “Yes, I am. What would you like me to tell him?'"
Such wrote Maureen O'Hara, the heroine of the Miracle on 34th Street, in her autobiography. George Seaton's film remains one of the best Christmas classics of all time, conveying a message of hope and love. To make sure we all still believe in miracles, the Hellenic American Union has arranged a screening of the original 1947 version. Regardless of your age, you just might find yourself wondering if Edmund Gwenn really is Santa Claus and you've been wrong this whole time.
