Neneh Cherry at Summer Nostos Festival

"This is woman's world, this is my world". The woman behind those classic lyrics is coming to Athens. Neneh Cherry will perform at the great lawn of the SNFCC in a free concert that is destined to be packed. The Swedish artist—stepdaughter to the great jazz saxophonist Don Cherry—is one of the main representatives of the British downtempo and trip-hop scene that emerged in the 90s, having worked with artists like Massive Attack and Tricky of the Bristol scene. Her latest LP, Broken Politics, was hailed as one of the best electronic releases of 2018 and was produced by the UK's leading electronic producer Four Tet.
