Ólafur Arnalds

A Facebook teaser in late March was enough to excite the Greek fans of Ólafur Arnalds, who promised an upcoming live performance in Athens on May 20 without disclosing the location. The cat is out of the bag and it’s the SNFCC that will be hosting the acclaimed Icelandic composer and producer under its Cosmos concert series. Along with other fascinating concurrent artists such as Max Richter, Nils Frahm, Grandbrothers, Hauscha and the late Jóhann Jóhannsson, Arnalds is known for pushing the classical genre into new territory with the use of technology. This one is highly recommended.
