Sports & Wellness at SNFCC
Busy as always, the SNFCC is holding a number of events perfect for athletes—or even just recreationalists—of any age. Perfect your stride and lung capacity with endurance running coaches every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, or if you're seeking something that is lower-impact, don't miss Tai Chi every Wednesday and Friday; these exercises will help to melt away the stress of the week. Get your core in shape at pilates sessions catered to either beginners or more advanced participants, and relax your mind while working your body at yoga. Qigong and cognitive exercise programmes aimed at the elderly, volleyball, football, basketball and roller skates for the young ones are all in the Centre's agenda. No matter what kind of exercise you're looking for, you'll find something to enjoy (for free!) at the SNFCC.
