Vaganova Ballet Academy of Russia

1738. That's the year that this legendary ballet company was formed. It rose to fame and prestige producing dancers of the likes of Mikhail Baryshnikov and George Balanchine. Its glory remains indisputable. Sixty dancers are to appear in this gala extravaganza at the Christmas Theatre. The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Don Quixote, Sleeping Beauty are just a few of the timeless classics, pieces of which will be performed. This is a great outing for the entire family and a perfect way to introduce that little ones to the art of ballet.
