The Waterboys
What kind of music do The Waterboys play, you ask? The answer is, Big Music. It's a term that was coined especially for the kind of anthemic sound that the Scotish-Irish band was coming up with during the 80s—taken from the same-titled song of their sophomore 1984 album, A Pagan Place. The Celtic folk rockers are returning to Athens, 10 years after their last visit, for that Big Music that comes with mysticism, hair-prickling and of course, the magnificent Mike Scott.
