Magic—Opera and Fashion

In the words of the great Barry Manilow, music and passion are always in fashion. Brace yourself for an imaginative free evening of “explosive beauty” as the Greek National Opera join forces with world-renowned Greek fashion and film costume designer Tina Kalivas (she’s kitted out stars from Amy Winehouse and Rihanna to Cate Blanchett). A showing of Kalivas' designs will blend with music by classical titans like Tchaikovsky, Dvorak and Mozart, performed by GNO soloists at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre. You’ll go away wondering why you ever thought Opera had had its day.
