Walking in the Ancient Neighbourhood of the Acropolis Museum
You know all about the Acropolis Museum and you've explored every nook and cranny, every exhibit. What's next? If you're still hungry for more, take a tour of the archaeological excavation under the museum, guided by the Museum's archaeologists. Visitors will walk through these ruins as though wandering through another of Athens' neighbourhoods, stepping way back in time to see how people used to live in the shadow of the Acropolis. To register for one of these tours, please go to the Information Desk at the Museum entrance the day of the presentation you'd like to attend. Don't miss this chance to explore a piece of Athens' hidden history.
