AFEA Congress Wins Gold for 'Best PCO' at the Greek Hospitality Awards 2024

We are thrilled to announce that AFEA Congress has been awarded with the Gold award in the "Best PCO" category of the Greek Hospitality Awards 2024! This honor recognizes our team’s commitment to delivering an outstanding experience as a Professional Congress Organizer and Event Planner, a proud IAPCO Member, with a leading position in the Greek and Global Meetings Industry. Featured in this submission, our great collaborations with a highlight on our involvement as the local event planner for the FIRST Global Challenge 2024 in Athens, where young innovators from over 190 countries came together to address critical global issues through STEM and Robotics. The award was received by our valued Sales Executive, Anthie Renieri at the Awards Ceremony in the Athenaum Intercontinental Athens hotel.

Also, our President and CEO, Sissy Lignou, had the privilege of serving on this year's judging committee, strengthening AFEA's representation in this important event. 

Our heartfelt thank you goes to our invaluable partners and clients this year, and more specifically, to FIRST Global, Mellon Lab, Show Ready Events and the Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance, whose leadership made this event a success. This award is dedicated to them for their trust and honor to choose us as a member of the team of this breathtaking event, which left a very strong legacy in the country.
