Exhilarating, overwhelming, brainy and never ever dull, famed French choreographer Boris Charmatz is one of the Europe’s leading dance conceptualists. As one of the high notes of this year’s Athens Festival, you can see the world premiere of his new work infini which strives to access the infinite potential for human motion that exist beyond us. “I’ve always hated counting while dancing. I’ve always preferred letting my mind wander. In this piece, we count, speak and sing, and dance, but it’s only so that we can wander better…” says Charmatz.
