Jazz Chronicles at SNFCC
The SNFCC’s fan-favourite concert series, Jazz Chronicles, returns for another season and once again brings Greek jazz into the spotlight. This year the programme includes performances by both newcomers and well-established artists who define the genre in the country.
Niki Xylouri and Maria-Christina Harper attempt to meet avant garde aspirations whilst experimenting with traditional Cretan sounds. Αccompanied by George Koutras on the electric and 12-string guitar they create a musical universe where past, present and future merge into one.
