Movement 1920-2020
"Imagine a common future in an open world beyond borders and racial restrictions." If this isn't humanity's Holy Grail, we're not sure what is. It's also the quest of Movement, an exploration of human mobility in the Mediterranean and beyond, from the interwar period to the present. The festival takes place over ten days in various locations across Athens and features lectures, concerts, film screenings, and a digital platform for archival and live material to be simulcast at all the venues. Onassis Stegi, the project's main host, will disseminate the Movement philosophy at Stoa Emporon (Merchant's Arcade), Romantso, Boiler and Astor Cinema. Entrance is free to all.
