The SNFCC Christmas World 2024

Hold onto your Santa hats, because the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre (SNFCC) is back with a festive line-up so dazzling, it might even make Buddy the Elf jealous!

On December 1st, the Christmas World bursts to life at the Agora, hosted by actress and director Smaragda Karydi. Picture towering fir trees, 80 illuminated plane trees, and the Dancing Fountains grooving to live performances from VOX The Acapella Group and soulful singer Sofia Strati. Can’t make it? The fun doesn’t stop there. Glide into the season on the Ice Rink on the Canal, or wander through Dreamy Dreams: Light Installations where glowing stars and swirling black holes create a magical playground.

Feeling creative? Join workshops for all ages, enjoy daily surprise happenings at the Agora, and get moving with festive sports programmes. A mix of vibrant musical and educational activities will keep the whole family entertained.

Christmas vibes keep rolling with concerts, Under Pressure Music Sessions, a jazzy New Year’s Eve Party (fireworks included!), a Silent Disco Party, and a Christmas Pop-Up Bar at the Lighthouse serving cocktails with panoramic views. Film buffs can cosy up with Park Your Cinema, while the Christmas Makers’ Market brings handmade holiday cheer. The grand finale on January 7th features A Τribute to Louis Armstrong.
