This is Athens - City Festival is back for its third edition this May with free admission*. The biggest annual spring festival in the Greek capital will take place throughout May and will even be stealing a few days from June. You see, this year's programme proved to be so packed, we couldn't possibly squeeze it into just 31 days. Thoroughly designed with a sustainable mindset, the festival’s rich agenda includes more than 250 events that will take place all over Athens in more diverse areas than ever before. There’s no shortage of dance floors in Athens this May. This year’s TiACF programme boasts a great line-up of street parties at some pretty amazing locations, as well as a number of parties organised by the city’s leading radio stations scheduled to take place at central squares and open spaces around town. Here’s where to tune in:

13/05, 9 pm: Eleftherias Park: Pepper 96.6 presents Bon Entendeur for a night with one of the most sought-after names in the French school of electronic music.
18/05, 9 pm: Athens Conservatory with En Lefko for this spring’s talk-of-the-town party.
21/05, 9 pm: Eleftherias Park with Menta 88 for a night with Gadjo Dillo, who combine Greek music with the colours of gypsy jazz.
22/05, 7.30 pm: Dexameni Square with Voice Radio and catch live performances by some of the freshest Greek acts.
30/05, 7 pm: EMST with Voice Radio for the closing party of this year’s TiACF.
31/05, 6 pm: Kapnikarea with Pride Radio for a colourful party full of surprises.

* Most events are free entrance and require no tickets, to the exception of some concerts that have a priced ticket, and some events that are free entrance but require pre-registration or are invitation-only.
