Woody Allen and his New Orleans Jazz Band Live at the Acropolis

Allan Stewart Konisberg visits Athens for a much-anticipated live performance beneath the Acropolis. Some of you already know whom we’re talking about. Woody Allen, joined by his New Orleans Jazz Band, has included Athens in what is to be his last ever European tour. The celebrated filmmaker, actor, writer, and musician is also a jazz enthusiast who has been performing with his band at the Carlyle Hotel in Manhattan every Monday evening since 1997. At his Herodeion show, just like at any of his shows, there will be no playlist, just improv. This one’s going to sell out fast, so move accordingly.
