Terry Gilliam's "Brazil"
Catching a movie at an open-air summer cinema is one of the most Athenian things you can do while in town. The experience doubles up if you do so in August, when the city is at its most tranquil, and even more so if it's on the schedule of the Athens Open Air Film Festival. Adding Terry Gilliam's Brazil in the mix, well, we think this experience sells itself. The dystopian science fiction classic film will be the only free entrance screening for AOAFF during August and is higlhy recommended for anyone that is even slightly interested in cinema.
Update: screening has been rescheduled for September 2nd.
