We transformed the handsome corner building with its many balconies in signature Modernist style, combining casual, contemporary luxury with mid century detailing and minimalist Danish design.

Our rooftop on the 7th floor has the kind of magic that makes time fly, slowly. Lounge chairs, small tables and lush plants populate the timber decked terrace and invite guests to parallel play, work or meditate throughout the day, while taking in sweeping views that extend from the Lycabettus and the Acropolis across the rooftops of the capital all the way to the sea.

Our lobby is the Modernist in a nutshell – beautifully designed and perfectly staffed by a warm and competent team offering seamless service, it’s more than a point of intersection connecting the flow of ins and outs and leads to the Café and boardroom. With comfortable seating, a bar service, fast Wi-Fi and a discreet business corner, it’s a social hub of sorts, which may tempt you to settle for a moment, sip a café and read a magazine, browse around our gallery, or shoot the breeze with our cool concierge about the latest inside scoop on local events.

Take a right off the lobby into the Modernist Café which welcomes guests to its stylish atmosphere created by dark woods, soft lighting and the warm glow of brass. Drinks and light fare are served throughout the day and into evening seven days a week, from a small and well-considered menu that includes organic and vegetarian options. It’s a space in which time passes softly, in the glow of warm muted lighting.

Our ground floor boardroom on demand is a well-equipped venue for business meetings that seat up to 12 people around a large table, equipped with a large 65” screen and standard AV equipment, speakers, blackout curtains and of course full connectivity. Assistance with any technical trouble-shooting, adaptors or cabling requirements is available at short notice.

For those who like to spread out in style, this 30- 34 m2 room situated on the top floor offers a truly exceptional sense of space, flowing from an ample living area out onto a large terrace with magnificent views of Athens. Solid timber parquet, modern lighting and custom furniture lend an unmistakeable air of contemporary cool, taken to the next level with a pick-up player and collection of vinyl, as well as a drinks trolley piled with premium spirits. The bathroom is stocked with organic, locally produced hair & body products and the long list of perks are a nod to service that leaves nothing to be desired. But let’s step outside for a moment…to the furnished and landscaped deck with an outdoor hot tub and 180 degree views of the city that extend from the Lycabettus to the sea, with a line of sight to the Acropolis – now that’s the real XL story!

Leaving nothing to be desired in terms of its generous 24-30 m2 living space, some L rooms surpass expectations with not just one, but two balconies. The warmth of timber floors and elegant lighting are offset by sleek design in unimpeachable Scandi style, custom-crafted to suit each and every inch of this tailored space, right down to the ergonomics of the often available seating area with writing desk. King-sized or twin beds are dressed in fine cotton sheets and the bathroom with shower is stocked daily with locally produced organic toiletries.

In addition to all the amenities of its smaller cousin, the M includes a writing desk and furnished balcony over 20-22 ㎡. Solid timber floors, elegant mood lighting and custom furniture are complemented by a supremely comfortable king-sized bed or twin dressed in fine cotton sheets with high thread count, and a bathroom with shower that is stocked daily with locally produced organic toiletries.

The S is all about compact comforts over 20 m2: a luminous space with solid timber floors, custom joinery and mood lighting; a king-sized or twin beds dressed in fine cotton sheets with high thread count; a walk-in shower completes a cool bathroom stocked daily with locally produced organic toiletries.
