Don’t be fooled by the fresh face. New York comedienne Liza Treyger’s brand of stand-up is anything but cute. Bawdy, thorny and a little bit debauched, Treyger won’t so much tickle your funny bone as fracture it when she comes to Athens for a one-night stand. This emerging star of the American comedy circuit has appeared in Netflix series The Degenerates and on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Chelsea Lately and Horace and Pete. Her style has been described as “sneaky smart”. We’re guessing that’s a compliment.
