Beach Volley MASTERS 2022: Athens Golden Cup

This might be the first time this year that we get to type this: summer in Athens is officially here. To prove it, Beach Volley Masters takes over the city’s most central stage: Syntagma Square. Organised by the Hellenic Volleyball Federation and the Culture, Sports & Youth Organisation of the City of Athens, the Athens Golden Cup will be up for grabs at Athens’ landmark downtown square as it morphs into a sandy arena for four days in early June. Throw on some sunscreen, get a seat at the bleachers or at a neighbouring rooftop hotel (the Grand Bretagne rooftop sounds ideal) and then check out our Athens Riviera content - you’re definitely going to be craving a visit to the beach afterwards.
