Under the direction and baton of George Petrou, this production reimagines the operatic thriller, with Sondheim's intricate score weaving influences from medieval hymns to Wagnerian leitmotifs. Accompanied by the Symphony Orchestra and Choir of the Municipality of Athens, and performed with English subtitles, Sweeney Todd promises an unforgettable evening of dark delights and musical brilliance.
