Midnight Express Season 3

Few things in Athens at the moment are more nostalgic, authentic and overall fun than Midnight Express. What started as an effort to revive midnight movie screenings, has become a cult annual festival-of-sorts hosted in various indoor and outdoor cinemas in Athens. Midnight Express is the brainchild of film critic Akis Kapranos who is responsible for the terrific curation, subtitling and overall management. So far, Athenians and visitors have had the chance to watch dozens of classic and undiscovered gems such as Ghostbusters, Night of the Living Dead, Labyrinth, Driller Killer and lots of John Carpenter.
