Desperate times call for desperate measures - or so the saying goes. In this time-honoured American farce by John Murray and Allen Boretz, a bankrupt troupe of hungry actors and aspiring starlets hole up in a seedy hotel to plot their ascent from poverty by chasing funds for a new venture.
